I ordered a Chord C-line RCA interconnect cable, the new version with the revised plugs. I specifically requested a brand new, unopened, and unused item, as I don't like paying for a new product only to receive returns from other buyers or 'open boxes', which can happen quite easily, especially with cables. As far as I can tell, lucasoundvision sent me an unopened, genuine item in its factory packaging. Shipping was fast, and the shipping costs were reasonable. So, no complaints, everything went well.
