WHAT HI-FI?

 

The ClearwayX ARAY DIN cable features ARAY conductor geometry, heavy gauge OFC conductors, upgraded XLPE insulation and dual-layer shielding.  Fitted with Chord Company ChorAlloy™ plated connectors/pins.
Strongly recommended for all Naim Audio owners and with any age or combination of equipment – classic and modern units alike will feel the benefit.
Connections include 4pin, 5pin, 8pin DIN-DIN in all the many variants as well as RCA-DIN, DIN-RCA, DIN-XLR, XLR-DIN and 240 degree SNAIC configurations.
Standard length of ClearwayX ARAY DIN cables is 1m.  Many years ago we established that shorter length cables have a detrimental effect on Naim Audio amplifiers. Longer custom lengths are not a problem.

 

We’ve taken the design from the award winning C-line and upgraded all the materials to produce an outstanding value for money, high-performance analogue interconnect.
Not every cable works with DIN connectors so one of the key areas during the design of the Clearway X Analogue cable was that we could use it to produce a high performance cost effective DIN to DIN and DIN to RCA cable. All our Clearway analogue cables are built in house and the DIN terminated versions of the Clearway X analogue require the skill and experience that we have from spending the past thirty years building and developing DIN cables. Equipment that is fitted with DIN sockets tends to be either Naim Audio or older Quad equipment, we have huge experience in building both and the Clearway Analogue DIN cables can be fitted with either 4 pin or 5 pin silver-plated DIN plugs.
Just like the Clearway X RCA the Clearway X DIN cables use the same ARAY conductor configuration to produce DIN to DIN and DIN to RCA cables that carry a musical signal with the same degree of musical coherence and detail that the RCA version carries.  Whether it’s a current Naim amplifier or an old Quad pre and power amplifier the DIN terminated Clearway X cables will let you hear more of the performance that these components are capable of.
Standard lengths are 1m and 0.5m and because the Clearway is built in-house, custom lengths are available.
This cable can also be supplied fitted with stereo mini-jack plug for use in portable systems etc.

 

To connect your cable:

Ensure all equipment is switched off before fitting or removing your cables.

Connect the cable ensuring the arrow on the cable points away from the source component.

When fitting or removing cables, hold the plug and apply a gentle twisting motion.

Never pull the cable directly.

Avoid touching the contact areas on the plug.

Ensure you route the cable away from speaker and power cables.

In the event that no one is in the driver will leave a card, you should contact the courier direct with the details on the card, to arrange an alternative time for delivery.

You must contact the courier in the time specified on their card, or goods will be returned to us and additional shipping costs may apply.

When your goods arrive;
Sign for the number of boxes you receive.

Check all boxes for visible damage, if you find them to be damaged either do not accept them, or sign DAMAGED.

You must notify us before the next working day so we can contact the courier to claim from their insurance.

Failure to do this, and we can not accept liability for any damage.
